Co-Founder and Principal
John has accrued over a decade of experience in real estate finance spanning boutique lenders to prominent industry giants, funding well over $150 million in total closed volume and helped countless consumers and investors alike.
John possesses a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in debt and equity solutions, enabling him to provide invaluable insight and guidance to his partners.
John is a proud alumnus of Lake Forest College, where he acquired a solid foundation in finance and business management.

Co-Founder
Before founding Cluett Capital Partners, Ryan was Vice President of a New-York-based private lending firm specializing in bridge funding for real estate investors nationwide, where he oversaw strategic sales for private equity firms, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, attorneys and title agents.
Ryan received his Bachelor's degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges located in Geneva NY.
